Tatiana is a real estate agent beyond compare. She helped me buy a property in Valencia and was there to guide me all the way through. Knowing I was there in Valencia for a few days, she had arranged all the viewings and gathered all the relevant information on all the properties up front thus saving me lot of time in the process. She also was kind enough to act as an interpreter throughout the process of purchase and not only in conversing with other agents, but also dealing with bank, arranging for home inspection, obtaining insurance, transferring utilities bills and much more.
Tatiana also acted as an agent to rent out the property and helped in all the paperwork and then arranged to get the property ready, got the insurance to deal with a couple of issues and had someone come in to install appliances.
All in all, I don't think there are many agents who would have gone to the length Tatiana did to make the entire dealing as smooth as possible.

Tatiana has been very helpful and she was always there for us from the beginning until the end. But the most remarkable about Tatiana is, she was there for us even after the sale. Many agents once they get their commission they will disappear but not Tatiana. She continue to help and support us even after the sale. Amazing customer service.
